What love can do !

I really respected and loved my grandfather. He passed away, when I was in my class 10th. He was residing at our place in his last days…. Only my mother and I were at home when he passed away…. I remember comforting my mother, saying ‘He has just left his body’. A few nights after his body was cremated, I had a dream… He was sitting in our drawing room on the sofa, the way he used to sit… and talking to me… And I tell you the dream was so real, I could not believe it! I had flashes of him being taken to the cremation and that he was dead! So I asked him .. ‘but dadaji you are dead… how are you here!’. He replied ‘This is because of your love for me.’

For once in my life, I can say with absolute conviction and honesty.

I belong to you. :)

What's the point? People have dreams all the time...That particular dream wasn't very interesting...I guess 10 year olds have limited imagination...Once I saw my dead dadaji scolding me for not performing...As far as I know he didn't love anybody except himself...So, no love!!! I don't know what did the trick..

Hahahaha... Ur guilt might have made u dream that! Or maybe something else...I don't know...
As for me, I like to believe that this happened because of my love for him :)...
At the same time I agree... that dreams most of the times are pointless to analise :)...

Ps: By the way I was in 10th class 15 years ;)

Very few people have a sensitivity towards certain things in life. It is also because their awareness towards energies is in a much more heightened state (despite being young (15 years)not being initiated into meditation or spirituality), hence they are able to react deeply to events and environs....

Vishal, Good to see that you have taken to writing. I honestly think you need to tell your philosophies and learnings. If indeed it is enlightenment that you are receiving you need to let your thoughts come out.

Your own personal experiences will sometimes be very subjective and a matter of interpretation. So tell us what you really come to think and learn about life. Tell what your guru has taught you not just what he is able to do to you.

Hey Maddy ! nice to see ur comment.. :) Yaa.. I'll work on what u said although there is already some portions in the Teeth waala blog about what is taught...
Actually thats my style of conveying thoughts... The thing is that I don't want to get into purely intellectual discussions... They are too dry !!
Only what one says out of one's own experience is worth writing...
